The Kayu 1 Villa newly built villa and has 4 bed rooms that have a spacious room. This villa is the right choice for you to enjoy the beauty of Ubud because the location of our villa is close to the center of Ubud. Getting to the center of Ubud only takes 10 minutes. The villa is modern in style with traditional details such as wall hangings and wicker lamps. The swimming pool with a sunken area to relax as well as a fully equipped kitchen and stunning private rooms make it the perfect holiday home.

Amazing house and pool. Very peaceful and feels like you’re in the forest. It’s a little further out of Ubud but this was a plus as it was quiet at night. The local cafe, Bali Pure, is close and was a great place for breakfast.

This is the house that met most of our expectations during our stay in Bali. The house is well designed, the rooms are well thought out and clean. The living areas are large and pleasant. the pool is magnificent. Ngurah and Aprilia were very responsive and accommodating. The only downside is that they don't yet offer breakfast, but there's plenty to do in the area.
